Return policy

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items should be in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to arrange your return via: spiritmilkorders@outlook.com and we'll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, any eligible refund will be processed as quickly as possible to the original payment method and will take up to 5-10 working days.

Payment Methods

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay for a fast and secure checkout.

You can also split the cost of your purchase into instalments using Clearpay, making it easier to spread the cost of your order. All payments are processed securely, and your payment information is protected using industry-standard encryption.

Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your delivery.

If you have any questions about your order or experience any delays, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team, and we'll be happy to help.

We offer Next Working Day to the UK (Monday to Saturday). Our order processing cut-off is 1pm (GMT) for next day services.

No deliveries are made on Sundays.
